In 2014 KR Flower Mart, LLC, an affiliate of Los Angeles-based developer Kilroy Realty Corporation purchased the California Flower Market and the San Francisco Flower Growers’ Association. A new location is planned at 901 16th Street in the Potrero Hill neighborhood that will include both warehouse and retail space.
Kilroy Realty Corporation plans to build the San Francisco Flower Market, a brand new, efficient, and environmentally sustainable wholesale marketplace at 901 16th St.
901 16th st will be the new home for future generations of local farmers, wholesalers, florists, and designers.
